While food trucks still will be featured, this year’s Festival includes offerings from buzzy new restaurants as well as tried and true area eateries and caterers – and the return of some Florida State Fair favorites. The Discover the Food Festival also will highlight multicultural cuisine including authentic Indian and Caribbean flavors. Attendees are encouraged to sample a new ethnic dish and perhaps find a new favorite. Radio Crime, Tampa Bay’s premiere classic rock band, will headline the event.
