This is an official 5 A Day recipe
Makes 8 servings.


• 2 red apples, cored and diced with skin on
• 2 cups cooked beef, diced
• 1 large dill pickle, diced
• 4 cups cooked potatoes, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup oil and vinegar dressing


Mix ingredients. Serve over lettuce.

Garnish with pickled vegetables or chutney if desired.

Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: Calories, 223; Fat, 8g; Cholesterol, 32 mg; Fiber, 3g; Sodium, 358 mg; percent calories from fat, 30%.
