THREE APPLE SALAD
Serves 6.
Dressing 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup water 2 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons butter or margarine 3 tablespoons vinegar
Mix and boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool.
Salad 4 cups diced OHIO Gala, Fugi or Golden Delicious apples, with peels 1 cup broken pecan halves 1 cup grapes, halved 1 cup mini-marshmallows 1 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Pour cooled dressing over fruit.
Mix.
Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
