Spartanburg, South Carolina
People from more than 75 countries reside in Spartanburg, South Carolina and more than 100 international businesses make Spartanburg their home. In 1985 the City of Spartanburg hosted its first International Festival to celebrate Spartanburg's diverse community, today the International Festival has expanded its International connection to reach a more global audience attendance.  The Spartanburg International Festival is held each fall in beautiful Barnet Park. More than 12,000 people attend annually to celebrate and explore the world through food, music, dance, folk art and more.  Attendance: 12,000.

Columbia, South Carolina
Recognized as one of the TOP 50 Fairs in the United States. The fair features nationally recognized entertainment in the grandstand, stages with a variety of acts such as comedy, bands, dancers, local entertainment and entertainment from across the state. The midway is provided by North American Midway Entertainment (NAME). Art, home arts, horticultural, agricultural and livestock competitions exhibits draw both rural and urban crowds.  The South Carolina State Fair strives to provide a clean, safe, family-oriented atmosphere, while offering fun, food, recreation, education, and great competitive exhibit opportunities for all to enjoy.  Famously Hot Chef Showdown; Donkey & Mule Shows; Special Flower Show; Home & Craft Demos; One Eared Cow Glass Showcase; Agriculture, Cattle, Dairy Goats, Sheep, Small Stock; Midway, Entertainment, Rides, Midway Games, etc.

October 14, 2023  40th Annual Sweet Potato Festival
Darlington, South Carolina
The longest-running festival in Darlington County (since 1983), the SC Sweet Potato Festival now attracts audiences of over 30,000 people. Attractions include games for the children, crafts, music, live entertainment, a car show and plenty of food, including sweet potato pie! Sponsored by the Pilot Club of Darlington. Admission is free. Held the second Saturday in October each year on the Public Square in downtown Darlington.  Attendance: 30,000.

October 13, 2019 - Taste of Charleston - Charleston, South Carolina
The Charleston Restaurant Foundation (CRF) is pleased to announce the return of Taste of Charleston, taking place at Riverfront Park. One hundred percent cashless, this new and improved culinary event is the first in Charleston to use RFID wristbands, allowing guests to preload points to be redeemed for bites and sips from over 40 of Charleston’s most beloved restaurants. Live entertainment, a new Charleston Cultural Center, Kid’s STEAM Kitchen area, Private Cabanas for elevated event experience and a special VIP section with chef demos will take the Taste of Charleston to new heights and allow guests to experience the very best of the city’s award-winning dining scene.

October 14-15, 2015  Conway BBQ Fest - Conway, South Carolina
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The Conway BBQ Fest, formerly the St. Nicholas BBQFest, is now in its 11th year. St. Paul's Apostolic Church founded the festival in 2004 and the event has grown to over 8,000 attendees in 2014. Conway Area Philanthropists, a local non-profit organization inherited the Festival and continues the southern BBQ tradition in Conway, South Carolina.
