October 7, 2017 Annual Savannah Food Day Festival Savannah, Georgia Food Day - a national movement aimed at promoting healthy, sustainable, affordable, and just food systems in America. The national observance of Food Day is October 24th. Here in Savannah, the Savannah Chatham Food Policy Council, a coalition of local organizations focused on our local food system; and Well FED, a local organization and magazine centered around food, dining, and healthy living, will be hosting a Food Day Festival on November 2.
