Through the efforts of the Pilot Club and with the cooperation of the Putnam County Commissioners and Sheriff’s Department, the Mayor, City Council and Police Department of Eatonton, Chamber of Commerce, and many local organizations, businesses and industries of Putnam County, the Dairy Festival is a fun time for all. The festival engenders a feeling of good will and civic pride.
