October 4-6 & 11-13, 2024 - Annual Apple Harvest Festival

Our annual festival is a family oriented community event spanning the first two weekends in October. Over the course of two weekends each autumn, the festival offers a wide variety of live music & entertainment, food, contests, crafts, children's activities, carnival rides and more. Also highlighted each year is our parade, an arts & crafts show and a spectacular evening fireworks display.  Sept 29-Oct 1 and Oct 6-8, 2023.  Attendance: 100,000.

October 7, 2023  Festival on the Sound - East Norwalk, Connecticut
5PM - 8PM  Featuring: All you can eat Oysters, Clams, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers & Grilled Chicken. Beer, Wine, Water & Desserts included. Venue overlooks the Norwalk sound\harbor.  An opportunity to learn about oysters and clams with a tour of the plant, and processing facilities on the waterfront.  Location: Copps Island Oysters; Norm Bloom & Son's Facility; 7 Edgewater Place, East Norwalk, CT.  Fundraiser supports The Knights of Columbus charitable causes of helping those in need.  $50 per adult and $10 for all under age 18.

Enjoy a hot bowl of chowder on a cool fall day during Chowder Days at Mystic Seaport. Coastal Gourmet's menu is sure to satisfy all appetites and will feature numerous selections of chowders, bisques, stews and gumbos to select from, as well as clam fritters, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and fish tacos.
