ZIPPY CHICKEN SALAD
Number of Servings: 8
2 c cooked diced chicken 1 1/2 c finely chopped celery 1 small onion, finely minced 1 1/2 Tbs prepared horseradish 1/2 c mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
If you desire a "wetter" salad, add more mayonnaise.
Serve as sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce, garnished with fresh tomatoes.
