Yield: 4 servings
• 1 package Tyson Refrigerated Fully Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips
• 4 cups lettuce, shredded
• 1/2 cup corn, canned kernel (drained)
• 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
• 1/4 cup kidney beans, canned red (drained)
• 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
Divide lettuce between 4 plates.
Top lettuce with corn, olives, onion, beans, and chicken.
Serve with salsa or salad dressing and crispy tortilla chips on the side.
