The Taste of Home Cookbook New Revised 2nd Edition

by Taste of Home

A Note from Chef James
There are 2 types of cookbooks.  Those for the coffee table and those for the kitchen.  This is a kitchen cookbook, and isn't that what a cookbook should be?
An excellent format.  Ring binder, tabbed sections, stain resistant glossy pages - extremely user friendly.  Excellent photos of dishes and procedures.  No full page 'art' photos, these photos are just the right size to be useful, which allows room for more photos detailing various procedures.  White pages with easy to read black text.  Definitely designed and published with the user in mind.

Review
I have been cooking for several years and have an extensive cookbook collection (including two large Betty Crocker books), but when I bought this on a whim, I had no idea how good it would be. It has recipes that I don't have anywhere else, cheese balls, fudge, buttermilk fried chicken...the list just goes on and on. Every recipe I have made so far is delicious!
