SPINACH DIP
Yield: Makes 2-3/4 cups
• 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained • 1 1-ounce envelope dip seasoning mix • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie sour cream • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce • rice cakes or rice crackers
Combine cottage cheese, spinach, seasoning, sour cream, garlic and pepper sauce in blender; process until smooth.
Chill.
