NUTTY DRIED PLUM SPREAD

Ingredients • 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese), softened • 1/3 cup orange juice • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel • 3/4 cup (about 5 ounces) pitted dried plums • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
Preparation In food processor, process cream cheese, orange juice and peel until smooth.
Add dried plums; process until coarsely chopped, pulsing on and off.
Add walnuts; process briefly until finely chopped.
Serve as a spread for sliced fresh fruits or crackers.
