CRANBERRY RICE SALAD
Makes 6 Servings
• 1 1/4 cup long grain white rice • 1/2 cup dried cranberries • 2 tablespoons dried chopped parsley • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil • 1/4 cup green onions, diced • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (optional) • Salt to taste
1. Cook the rice to package instructions.
2. Fluff rice and add all other ingredients. Cover and chill.
