• 1 1/4 cup long grain white rice• 1/2 cup dried cranberries• 2 tablespoons dried chopped parsley• 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil• 1/4 cup green onions, diced• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)• Salt to taste1. Cook the rice to package instructions.2. Fluff rice and add all other ingredients. Cover and chill.
