FROSTED GRAPE AND RICE SALAD
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients • 1 cup sour cream • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 2 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved • 2 cups cooked rice, cooled • lettuce leaves • crab apples for garnish (optional)
Directions Combine sour cream, sugar and cinnamon; refrigerate until well blended.
Just before serving, fold in grapes and rice.
Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with crab apples, if desired.
