NUT BUTTER

Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients • 2 cups unsalted cashews or almonds • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey, optional
Directions
1. Process nuts, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and sugar or honey 30 seconds.
2. Puree to spreading consistency adding remaining oil if needed. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
