Divine Kosher Cuisine: Catering to Family and Friends

Yield: 2 Cups

• 2 cups unsalted cashews or almonds
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar or honey, optional


Process nuts, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and sugar or honey 30 seconds.

2. Puree to spreading consistency adding remaining oil if needed. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
