TAMARIND SAUCE (For Grilled Steaks)


Serving Size: 3    


Step One

3 Ounces Tamarind Pulp
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Fluid Ounce Red Wine
2 Fluid Ounces Beef Stock
                       
Step Two

2 Ounces Butter -- softened


REDUCE INGREDIENTS IN STEP ONE.

WHIP IN BUTTER.
