LIME BUTTER


Serves 6
 

4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 

Directions

In a small bowl, beat together all ingredients until well blended.

Serve with hot corn on the cob.
 

Serving Suggestions
Try this with grilled corn on the cob or steamed fresh broccoli.
