1/2 cup minced garlic cloves2 TB minced shallots1/4 cup chopped parsley1/2 pound butter1/2 pound margarine3/4 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp ground Mace1/4 tsp Tobasco sauce
(I use 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine because it can be heated to a higher temperature before it starts to smoke)Mix on low speed - you don't want to make whipped butter - just mix it thoroughly.
