· 1 pound fresh green beans, cleaned and trimmed
· 2 teaspoons butter
· 1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard
· Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

Steam or microwave green beans until crisp-tender.

Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat; stir in mustard.

Toss beans in mixture to coat.

Season and serve immediately.
