COUNTRY BEANS
Serves 6.
Ingredients • 10 ounces minced bacon • 1 Florida onion, julienne • 1 pound Florida snap beans • 24 ounces chicken stock • 1 tablespoon butter • salt and pepper
Directions Sauté bacon and onions in a medium sauce pan on medium heat.
Then add snap beans, stock, and butter.
Cover with a lid and cook until beans are tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
