The event will be based out of the Whitcomb Barn in Essex, Vermont. (also: https://vermontmaple.org/vermont-maplerama-2019 ) August 5, 2019 Chocolate/Cheese/Chili Fest - Landgrove, Vermont Area gourmands will not want to miss the Annual Chocolate/Cheese/Chili Fest from 5-8 pm at The Motel In The Meadow. This popular event is the largest fundraiser for Neighborhood Connections. While sampling the food offerings, attendees can place their bids on several fabulous items in the silent auction, enjoy live music or sip a beverage from the cash bar. Adults tickets can be purchased ahead of time for $15 or bought at the door for $20 and Kids 16 & under are FREE. 2017 VERMONT - July & August 2017 VERMONT FOOD & WINE FESTIVALS, SHOWS AND EVENTS events still waiting for new datesJuly 28-29, 2017 - Vermont JerkFest - Brattleboro, Vermont The Vermont JerkFest & Reggae Festival is a Caribbean style food festival held in Brattleboro. It is a family-friendly festival that features Jamaican jerk hot foods and the smooth sounds of reggae, roots, and Caribbean music in the cool mountains of Vermont. All vendors are encouraged to source locally because Vermont JerkFest will highlight local and regional spicy specialty foods. The festival includes chef demos and a Jerk Cook-off, coupled with a pre-festival Rum & Brew Tasting event. These events are also minimal waste events, aiming to leave the smallest possible impact on the environment. Advance tickets are $5 for children and $20 for adults.
