October 6-7, 2023
Annual Unicoi County Apple Festival  - Erwin, Tennessee
This year’s festival includes over 350 arts and crafts vendors from around the country featuring painting, photography, wood-turning, sculpture, metal crafts, jewelry, blown glass and much more.  In addition, three food courts are located throughout the festival grounds so attendees may enjoy festival foods, beverages and specialty cuisine.  3 entertainment stages featuring live music perfectly complement the arts and crafts atmosphere.  A large children’s area complete with rides and activities is included in the festival for both the young and young-at heart.  A wide array of tournaments are featured including the NFS 4-Mile Race, Farm Bureau Tennis Tournament, Clinchfield Senior Adult Center Cornhole Tournament, Erwin Record Photography Contest, Chamber of Commerce Cooking Contest and Apple Dumpling Contest.  Attendance: 110,000.

October 7, 2023 - Nashville Wing a Ding Ding Festival
Nashville, Tennessee
Wing a Ding Ding Fried Chicken and Wing Festival is Here –We got what you’re hankering for – from Hot Nashville to Cajun Spicy, Crunchy Southern Fried too and maybe some crispy Korean – Hoooweeee – Mild, Medium, Hot or Xxxtra Hot – Crispy, Crunchy, Sweet or Spicey – We Gotcha covered! We’ll have plentay of craft beer, hard cider, wine or some soft stuff for you tee-totalers!

October 7, 2023  32nd Annual Great Pumpkin Festival and Weigh-Off
Allardt, Tennessee
Crafts festival, entertainment, parade, car and motorcycle show, and the weigh-off of giant pumpkins for world record consideration.

October 7, 2023  8th Annual Wine on the River - Memphis, Tennessee
From 5pm to 9pm as we travel through different regions spanning the globe at a new location at Tom Lee Park in Downtown Memphis. Sample wine from National and International vineyards. There is an “Around the World” theme focusing on cultural regions with wine and food in each selected area. Live music entertainment and lots of fun to benefit Door of Hope.

October 13-14, 2023  Annual Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue - Lynchburg, Tennessee
The good people of Lynchburg have joined the folks at Jack Daniel Distillery to host the annual Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue – what many have called the most prestigious barbecue competition in the world.  Attendance: 25,000.

This annual event is well known for its great German food & beverages and continuous dancing & listening music from great German polka bands. This festival is rated one of the most authentic Oktoberfests in the area.

Held at Two Rivers Mansion with 34 different breweries offering a selection of 90-100 different beers. Music, education and artisan booths

October 21-22, 2023  Cleveland Apple Festival - Cleveland, Tennessee
This annual festival offers a juried art and craft show, live music, pie eating and dessert contests, food booths, pony and hay rides, entertainment, children's activities and much more!

October 2-3, 2021  Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament: Fall
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
The Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament is open to adults or children – and equally challenging for both visitors and locals, with multiple categories to be contested in this largest trout tournament in the Smokies. All Gatlinburg and state fishing regulations will be observed.

October 6-7, 2018 - 32nd Annual Harvest Street Festival
Newport, Tennessee
The streets of Downtown, Newport TN will be filled with people, food, crafts and entertainment! Among the music will be traditional, contemporary and gospel.  As you stroll through the streets of downtown Newport, you will have opportunity to purchase many wares of local and regional crafters.  Everything from coveted cookbooks full of recipes from some of the best cooks around, oil paintings, pencil drawings, children’s toys, face painting, décor, and many other handmade items will be on display.  When you have wrapped up your shopping, let the kids stop by the Kiddie Land, located off the food court, and hop in the bounce house, enjoy a fast ride down one of the slides, joust your friend, and play some ball.
