International Agri-Center.  2nd week of Feb each year. The show is the world's largest agricultural exposition, with 2.5 million square feet of exhibit space, over 1,500 exhibitors, and over 100,000 attendees.  Attendance: 100,000.

Our Cultured Food Festival has been re-branded as a Sourdough Festival but still has elements of cultured foods.

February 24, 2024  Crab Feed - Citrus Heights, California
By Bella Vista Band Boosters. This crab feed is a fundraiser for the Bella Vista High School Band & Auxiliary Programs, whose students perform in support of community events throughout the Sacramento region. Choose from a crab or beef dinner, including salad, pasta, rolls, a dessert auction and a no-host bar. There will also be performance by the BV Concert Band, Jazz, Winter Percussion, Drumline and Dance throughout the evening. In addition, there will be a raffle and auctions.

February 24, 2024  8th Annual SAP Chili Cook-Off - Arcadia, California
A day of spicy feasting, craft beer and wine tastings, thoroughbred horse racing and fun for the whole family! 30 award-winning teams from around the U.S. will offer samples and compete for top event prizes and people’s choice awards at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia. The event benefits the Foothill Unity Center

February 24-25, 2024  Annual Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook Off
Santa Cruz, California
Join the fun and excitement as talented chefs from throughout Northern California compete for the glory of the Best Clam Chowder! More than just a culinary competition, the fun event has featured participants dressed as scuba divers, mermaids, and even as a Clam Fairy. The Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off is a popular "rain or shine" event.  The competition features two divisions: Individual and Professional.  Top awards include cash prizes, round-trip tickets courtesy of United Airlines, and more. Plaques will be awarded in each division for Best Clam Chowder in both Boston and Manhattan categories as well as the People's Choice and Most Original Team.  Admission is free; visitors may purchase Tasting Kits ($10) to sample five different chowders

February 24-27, 2024  AFFI-CON 2024 - San Diego, California
The premier event for frozen food and beverage makers, industry suppliers, and logistical partners. It brings together over 600 companies and 1,500+ attendees in a single location, allowing them to meet one-on-one to discuss current and future opportunities. The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) is the national trade association that promotes the interests of all segments of the frozen food industry.  Attendance: 1,500.

February 29-March 2, 2024  Annual World of Pinot Noir
Santa Barbara, California
Our mission is to bring Pinot Noir producers from the most exceptional and unique regions in the world together with Pinot Noir enthusiasts for a weekend of celebration and education on the shores of California's beautiful Central Coast.  Includes two days of in-depth Tasting seminars and excursions, Grand Tastings by the Sea (each with a unique roster of wineries), a featured Burgundy tasting and gourmet, locally-influenced lunches and dinners. These extraordinary food and wine extravaganzas will be hosted by participating wineries and feature an outstanding panel of sommeliers from across the U.S.

February 15, 2020 - Taste of Redwood Valley - Calpella, California
Taste of Redwood Valley is a group of wineries and distilleries that get together to host fun events every year in the beautiful Redwood Valley area right off HWY 101! It is a time you can come to Redwood Valley and enjoy the fruits of the land, meet the proud farmers and winemakers, hear the history of our beautiful county and visit sites that are not always open to the public. We host three events annually; one in February, June and November where we welcome the community to come out and enjoy some of the world’s finest wines and spirits right here in Mendocino County!

February 21-22, 2020  United States Barista Championship (USBC)
Orange County, California
The United States Barista Championship (USBC) is a platform for baristas to enhance their espresso beverage making skills through an exciting and challenging competition.  In 15 minutes, the barista must prepare and serve espressos, cappuccinos, and a personally designed signature beverage for four sensory judges; all while being assessed on their preparation abilities by two technical judges.  The USBC Champion will go on to represent the USA at the World Barista Championship in Melbourne, Australia, May 4-7, 2020.

February 22, 2020  Hops and Shops Beer Festival - Redding, California
The goal of this festival is to highlight the many outstanding local businesses in downtown Redding by partnering up with craft breweries within our region and featuring their ales inside various local downtown establishments; all within walking distance.  Participants will receive a tasting glass, walking map of participating businesses downtown and tasting tickets. Each beer will be poured by someone from the brewery and they will be available to speak to each beer and the brewery in general. Expect to try various craft ales not ordinarily found in this area. Event also to feature live music, brewing demonstration and offerings from various food trucks. Tickets will become available after the first of the year.

Los Angeles, California
The West Coast’s largest baking and sweets expo. With over 10,000 guests expected, sweets-enthusiasts can enjoy free samples from over 125 local shops and national brands, meet their favorite TV stars and watch baking demonstrations, and participate in hands-on workshops in cookie and cake decorating.  The Kids Zone will offer free face painting, cookie decorating, crafts, games and more.  Attendance: 10,000

Sample a wide variety of local wines, as you visit each participating winery on the Madera Wine Trail. February 9, 2018 - Union Street Has A Crush On You Valentine Wine Walk - San Francisco, California
The Annual Union Street Has A Crush On You Valentine Wine Walk.  Union Street from Gough to Steiner and on Fillmore Street from Union to Lombard in San Francisco 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  The tasting event will include merchants offering wine samples and special treats inside their stores throughout Union Street from Gough to Steiner and on Fillmore Street from Union to Lombard.  Attendees wishing to participate in the sampling program may purchase on-site tickets for $30 or advance tickets for $25 via the website. The on-site tickets sales location is 2040 Union Street (across from the Metro Theater).

February 24, 2018  Winter Brew Fest 2018 - San Diego, California
