1/2 teaspoon margarine 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped green peppers 1/2 clove garlic, minced 1 16-ounce can okra * 1 8-ounce can stewed tomatoes* 1/8 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently.
*1 1/2 cups of frozen okra and tomatoes can be substituted for one 16-ounce can cut okra, drained, and one 8-ounce can stewed tomatoes.
