SNAPPY GREEN BEANS WITH BASIL DIP

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients

    • 1/2 pound (8 oz.) fresh green beans, washed and stemmed
    • 1/3 cup lowfat mayonnaise
    • 2 Tbsp 1% milk
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
    • Seasonings to taste
     

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except green beans.

2. Put in small bowl placed in center of serving platter; surround by green beans. Serve.
