And outdoors to boot! I've tried four or five of the recipes and can't wait to keep on going. I've never recommended a cook book before, but I highly recommend this one, especially if you love to entertain on the patio or deck but not work overly hard to prepare the event. That's me! We really like this book. The food combinations are interesting and delicious. We are trying several recipes each week and haven't been disappointed yet. Although you think of BBQ for dinner we love the breakfast, and salad recipes as well. There are even some really cool dessert receipes. Literally everything can be done on the grill. Its going to be perfect for summer cooking. Best of all, the ingredients are things you actually have in your kitchen! There is a section on BBQ know how as well as a glossary.
