About the Author
Kitty Gurkin Rosati, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., is a registered dietitian with more than twenty-three years of professional experience. She is the nutrition director of the Rice Diet Program and the author of Heal Your Heart and co-author of The Rice Diet Solution.

Robert Roasati, M.D., is director of the Rice Diet Program, associate professor emeritus of medicine at Duke University, and board certified in cardiology and internal medicine.
