QUICK VINEGAR SLAW

Serves 4

4 cups shredded cabbage (or cole slaw mix)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
 

Directions
Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Serving Suggestions
Have your littlest kitchen helpers help fix this salad for the next outdoor meal.
With no mayonnaise, this salad is perfect for your next picnic.
Serve with barbecued ribs or chops.
