PASSION FRUIT CUP

Makes 2 servings.
This is an official 5 A Day recipe


2 Passion Fruit
1 Tbsp. honey
lime juice
1 large kiwi, peeled and cut into half rounds
1 small banana, sliced in thin diagonals
3/4 to 1 cup halved seedless red grapes


Cut top from each passion fruit, scoop out pulp.

Combine with honey and lime juice to taste.

Combine with the fruits, toss gently and serve.


Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: Calories, 170; Fat, 1g; Cholesterol, 0mg; Fiber, 3g; Sodium, 6mg; percent calories from fat, 5%.
