Review

I have Chef Rachel's other book, The Garden of Eating, and love it. I was so excited when I heard she was coming out with a book of desserts. Sometimes it is soooo hard to find the good wheat/gluten free recipes. This book has them. My kids love the Ice Dream Sandwich Cookies in the various different flavors and combinations.
This is a must have for creating the Dairy Free, Wheat Free and/or Gluten Free Desserts. Thank you Chef Rachel.
