Serves 6

• 1/2 head (1 pound 8 ounces) red cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
• 4 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

1. Toss cabbage and onions together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.

3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss with cranberries.

4. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
