APPLE-CABBAGE HORSEY SLAW
Number of Servings: 8
• 3 Cups Unpared Red or green apples, cored and coarsely chopped • 4 1/2 Cups Shredded green cabbage • 1 Cup Sour cream • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice • 2 Tbsp. Horseradish • 1 Tbsp. Sugar • Salt and pepper to taste
In large bowl, lightly toss all ingredients until well blended.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
