Ingredients • 2 lemons (3 tablespoons juice) • 2 limes (2 tablespoons juice) • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded • 1/2 cup fennel • 3 tablespoons soy mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon pickled relish • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped • 1 teaspoon sea salt • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • dash apple cider vinegar • dash cayenne
Directions 1. Juice the lemons and limes.
2. In a medium-size mixing bowl, toss the juice with the cabbage, fennel, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, dill, salt, pepper, vinegar, and cayenne.
3. Serve cold as a salad or a sandwich filling.
