Dressing 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/8 teaspoon Pepper Cole Slaw 1 1/2 quarts Cabbage -- shredded 2 Medium Carrots -- shredded 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper -- fine julienne 1/2 whole Yellow Bell Pepper -- fine julienn 4 whole Scallions -- minced
Combine ingredients for dressing and whip together thoroughly.
Combine dressing with shredded vegetables, and mix well.
