About the Author

Don Mauer is a renowned cook with more than 40 years’ experience and the host of Lean and Lovin’ It with Don Mauer. As a chef, he has appeared on Good Morning America, CNN’s On the Menu and HealthWatch segments, Lifetime’s The Mail Ingredient, Discovery’s Home Matters, and QVC. He’s an active speaker and writer on cooking, grilling, and lean eating. He has written or contributed to seven books, including A Guy’s Guide to Great Eating, and is a full member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
