May 19-20, 2012  Smallholder and Garden Festival 2012
Llanelwedd, Bilth Wells, Wales
The Festival includes classes and displays for rare and traditional breeds of cattle, sheep, pigs and goats and there were llamas and alpacas, poultry, pets, demonstrations covering bees, woodland crafts, farriery, farm machinery and equipment and vintage machinery, and magnificent and colourful displays of flowers and garden produce among the 350 trade stands on the showground.

May 21-27, 2012  National Vegetarian Week

National Vegetarian Week (NVW) is the annual awareness-raising campaign promoting inspirational vegetarian food and the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle. Celebrated by the Vegetarian Society since 1992, the Week is now an established event that gets bigger and better every year. (also: www.vegsoc.org)

June 23-July 1, 2012  Pembrokeshire Fish Week
Pembrokeshire, West Wales, Wales
A celebration of Pembrokeshire's wonderful fish and seafood - not to mention its spectacular coastline. Attendance: 25,000.

West Wales’ premier food festival. The aim of the festival is to celebrate the River Teifi and the diversity of food grown or prepared in the area. There will be several activities & attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

August 27-30, 2011  Welsh Beer, Cheese & Music Festival 2011
Clytha, Wales
Now in its 14th year, the festival offers beers and cheese from all over Wales and live bands all weekend.
 

 

September 17-18, 2011  Abergavenny Food Festival
Abergavenny, Wales
The most magical of culinary experiences, conjuring a feast of plenty amidst the streets of this small Welsh borders market town

September 24-25, 2011  Great British Cheese Festival 2011
Cardiff Castle, Cardiff, Wales
Britain's Biggest Cheese Market where you can taste over 400 Sheep, Cow, Goat and even Buffalo cheeses along with artisan wine, cider, perry and beer.

September 24-25, 2011  Narberth Food Festival
Narberth, Pembrokeshire, West Wales, Wales
Narberth is gearing up for its 13th Food Festival with its usual mix of quality food stalls, eclectic choice of live performers, chefs, speakers and special events.

October 22-23, 2011  Gwledd Conwy Feast
Conwy, Wales
North Wales` biggest food festival, this tasty two-day event is held within Conwy`s medieval town walls and on its quayside. Gwledd Conwy Feast features Conwy's world famous mussels, collected in the Conwy river estuary for hundreds of years. The event boasts 150 stalls, celebrates the best of Welsh chefs and local produce and attracts 25,000 visitors. Varied programme of cookery demonstrations, music, entertainment and workshops and children's activities. Attendance: 25,000.

November 28-29, 2011  Royal Welsh Agricultural Winter Fair Exhibition
Llanelwedd, Wales
Royal Welsh Show has become an important event in the Welsh calendar attracting some 230,000 people over the course of the four days and is supported by approximately 15,000 staunch members. Attendance: 230,000.

December 11, 2011  Abergavenny Food Festival
Abergavenny, Wales
