March 30-April 5, 2015 Canned Food Week UK - Wales Canned Food UK promotes a healthy balanced diet, including a mix of fresh, frozen, dried and canned food.
May 16-17, 2015 Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Spring Festival 2015 Llanelwedd, Bilth Wells, Wales The Festival includes classes and displays for rare and traditional breeds of cattle, sheep, pigs and goats and there were llamas and alpacas, poultry, pets, demonstrations covering bees, woodland crafts, farriery, farm machinery and equipment and vintage machinery, and magnificent and colourful displays of flowers and garden produce among the 350 trade stands on the showground. Attendance: 25,000.
May 18-24, 2015 National Vegetarian Week Various locations, Wales National Vegetarian Week (NVW) is the annual awareness-raising campaign promoting inspirational vegetarian food and the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle. Celebrated by the Vegetarian Society since 1992, the Week is now an established event that gets bigger and better every year. (also: www.vegsoc.org)
May 24-25, 2015 Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival 2015 Cowbridge, Wales Having celebrated its tenth anniversary last October, the award-winning Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival has grown to become one of the most popular events of its kind in Wales. Thousands flock to the market town each year to sample the high quality artisan produce available, with only one factor ever putting a dampener on proceedings – and even larger attendance figures – the often inclement October weather. For this reason – and in order to ensure the future growth of this annual showcase – the organising committee has taken the decision that future festivals will take place in May rather than October as previously.
June 1-7, 2015 Slow Food Week Various Locations, Wales During the week, our network of local groups, producers, chefs and other supporting businesses and organisations will showcase the diversity within our movement with a wide range of events around the UK, while several new foods and chefs will become part the Ark of Taste programme and Chef Alliance programmes. Providing a forum to reinforce Slow Food’s work supporting traditional, local, artisan producers to help preserve British edible biodiversity, farm and tasting tours, lectures, dinner, celebrations and fund-raisers will be taking place in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
June 25-July 3, 2015 Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival Pembrokeshire, West Wales, Wales A celebration of Pembrokeshire's wonderful fish and seafood - not to mention its spectacular coastline. The events and activities feature around fish and shell fish, eating out, fish cookery and preparation demonstrations, angling competitions and coaching, on water adventure and outdoor activities, waterway travel, environmental and educational activities, arts, craft and culture and for all ages! Attendance: 25,000.
July 5, 2015 Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival Aberaeron, Ceredigion, Wales Over the years, the Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival has grown to be one of the highlights of the food calendar in Wales. July 10-12, 2015 Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival Cardiff, Wales Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival is one of the most popular highlights of 'summer in the city'. Come and sample an array of mouth watering produce from local, national and international food and drink producers. Grab a bite to eat from the Food Piazza or a glass of bubbles from the Champagne bar and soak up the atmosphere and listen to live music from the bandstand.
July 20-23, 2015 The Royal Welsh Show Llanelwedd, Bilth Wells, Wales Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Show has become an important event in the Welsh calendar attracting some 240,000 people over the course of the four days and is supported by approximately 15,000 staunch members.
July 25, 2015 Lampeter Food Festival Lampeter, Ceredigion, Wales Showcasing the best of Welsh food and drink, the annual festival will be held at the Lampeter campus of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
July 29, 2015 161st Annual Cardigan County Agricultural Show Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales West Wales' Premier Agricultural Show. Not only are we celebrating our 160th birthday but we are also changing things on the show field this year. Our Demonstration ring will be the focal point of the show with the introduction of a 150 seat Grandstand and the new Headliner act, there will be something for everyone to see and do at this year’s show. We are also introducing a Sheepdog Trials Challenge for three invited Young Handlers from the Counties of Ceredigion, Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire. This will also take place in the Demonstration Ring and will be sure to thrill anyone who has ever Seen One Man and His Dog on the telly. Another old Favourite will make a return appearance this year with the reintroduction of the Cattle Parade, a spectacle missing from the Show for many years. Then there’s the New Food Hall with a variety of locally produced food and drinks on display. There will also be a demonstration area with talks and demonstrations taking place thorough the day. These are all on top of the well-established attractions which appear annually at the Show.

The festival is a celebration of local produce and Neath's historic market town atmosphere.
October 3 , 2015 Newport Food Festival Newport, Monmouthshire, Wales Newport Food Festival celebrates the city’s strong, diverse and vibrant food sector and this annual event brings food enthusiasts to the city centre. There will be chef demonstrations, masterclasses, family activities, the final of the Teenchef competition as well as a wealth of exhibitor stalls selling the very best food and drink produce.
October 10-11, 2015 Oyster & Welsh Produce Festival Anglesey, Wales Anglesey is proud to host an annual Oyster & Welsh Produce Festival. It is a very different event from what it was in the early years. It used to be an informal social event whereby vast amounts of local oysters & alcohol were consumed - Served with a strong music, singing and a Welsh and Irish dance offer. A committee of volunteers was formed in 2000 to direct the event into the future. The aim was to broaden the appeal for non seafood lovers, and as a result a 'Welsh Produce Festival' was introduced in 2000.
October 10-11, 2015 Monmouthshire Food Festival Caldicot, Monmouthshire, Wales The Monmouthshire Food Festival returns to the glorious surroundings of Caldicot Castle with a packed programme of demonstrations, talks and workshops. The cookery demonstration theatre features award winning chefs from the county of Monmouthshire finest hotels, restaurants and pubs. We are also delighted to welcome chefs from the Catering Platoon of 1st Battalion The Rifles (1 RIFLES) to participate in the Monmouthshire Food Festival. 1 RIFLES is based in Beachley Barracks, Chepstow and is part of 160 (Wales) Brigade.The chefs will work from an Operation Field Kitchen as they would when deployed on exercise or operations, using military rations supplemented with local produce. So come along, see the chefs at work and taste some of the recipes that soldiers get on the front line and maybe get some culinary inspiration. The Producers market will feature a variety of food and drink producers from Monmouthshire, neighbouring counties and throughout Wales. In the Children’s Quarter a programme of hands on workshops to engage, entertain and educate our younger visitors. The Look and Learn theatre features talks, demonstrations and tutored tastings on a wide range of food and drinks from our producers.

October 24-25, 2015 Gwledd Conwy Feast Conwy, Wales North Wales` biggest food festival, this tasty two-day event is held within Conwy`s medieval town walls and on its quayside. Gwledd Conwy Feast features Conwy's world famous mussels, collected in the Conwy river estuary for hundreds of years. The event boasts 150 stalls, celebrates the best of Welsh chefs and local produce and attracts 25,000 visitors. Varied programme of cookery demonstrations, music, entertainment and workshops and children's activities.
November 30-December 1, 2015 Royal Welsh Agricultural Society Winter Fair Llanelwedd, Bilth Wells, Wales Set in the heart of rural Wales and priding itself on being the best primestock event in the UK, the Royal Welsh Winter Fair has something to offer everyone. The main attraction for the event is, of course, the tremendous display of livestock, with an average of 1400 entries in both the livestock and equine competitions each year, showing off the best of British farming.

August 16-17, 2013 The Welsh Menu Live Swansea, South Wales, Wales The Welsh Menu Live hits Swansea City Centre this August Bank Holiday. This food festival will encompass chef demonstrations, hands on sessions for children and adults, high quality street food, great entertainment and producer stalls selling the finest produce Wales has to offer. This ticketed event takes place over three days and an exciting schedule of demonstrations and talks is being planned. The show will appeal to lovers of fine food, and those with an interest in local, seasonal produce, showcasing everything from Welsh wine, beer and cider, handmade patisserie, and everything in between.

June 30, 2012 Llandysul Food Festival Llandysul, Ceredigion, Wales The 13th annual event will include a variety of food stalls from all over Wales and many from the Teifi Valley itself. From cheeses to ice cream, chocolate to waffles, beer to liquers they'll be at our festival. We will also have cooking demonstrations throughout the day.
