The National Beef Association’s 2017 Beef Expo will be held at The NAEC, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.  Bringing together the very best in British commercial and pedigree cattle, equipment, knowledge-sharing, and show classes for everyone involved in the industry, NBA Beef Expo is held at a different venue in the UK each year.  Regularly attracting international visitors and exhibitors from around UK, is the number one showcase for the British beef sector.

May 27-28, 2017  Malton Food Lovers Festival
Malton, North Yorkshire, England
Malton Food Lovers Festival takes place in the streets of Yorkshire's Food Capital. While guests appearances are still to be confirmed, two Festival Patrons have been announced: Prue Leith CBE and BBC chef Valentine Warner. The festival attracts over 20,000 visitors to the Ryedale market town. Around 160 food and drink stalls will sell the best produce, alongside tutored tasting events, chef demonstrations, music, interviews, book signings, children's entertainment and more.  Entry to the Festival is free, with ticketed events taking place throughout the two-day food celebration.  Attendance: 20,000

May 27-29, 2017  The Great Food and Drink Festival
Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, England
The Great Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of all things food and drink throughout the East Midlands.  There are 100’s of stalls selling high quality local produce and a large range of hot food vendors to satisfy all tastes and appetites.  Come check out the retail area with stalls selling home and kitchen goods, artisan crafts.  Watch a host of celebrity chefs with daily cooking demonstrations, there are also demonstrations by local food producers like cheese making, bakers and butchers as well as beer and wine master classes.  There will also be a selection of live music throughout the day, which will ensure that all your senses, taste, touch, hear, sight and of course smell are entertained throughout the day.  You will find plenty of activities to keep children entertained from face painting, pizza making and a whole host of rides and play areas to keep the younger generation entertained.

More than ‘just another food festival’, The Great British Food Festival combines the nation’s love of great food and drink with some of the country’s most treasured locations, providing a unique opportunity to explore new flavours and beautiful venues, all at the same time! Open 10am-5pm each day. Dog friendly.  Entrance ticket includes free on-site parking and free entrance to the Woodland Adventure Playground and Parkland, normally priced at £6.50 per adult!

May 27-29, 2017  Great British Food Festival: Harewood House Food Festival
Harewood House, Yorkshire, England
More than ‘just another food festival’, The Great British Food Festival combines the nation’s love of great food and drink with some of the country’s most treasured locations, providing a unique opportunity to explore new flavours and beautiful venues, all at the same time! Open 10am-5pm each day. Dog friendly.  Entrance ticket includes free on-site parking and free access to the gardens and grounds, below stairs area of the house and bird garden, normally priced at £12.50 per adult or £35 per family! Upgrade on the day to see the State Rooms as well for just £5 per adult or £12 per family!

May 29, 2017  Cheese Rolling at Cooper's Hill in Gloucestershire
Cooper's Hill, Gloucestershire, England
Officially canceled since 2010 due to safety concerns, BUT loyal fans and competitors continue an unofficial version drawing thousands of spectators each year.  Competitors run, roll & somersault themselves down the steep (1:2 gradient), grassy slopes of Cooper's Hill in pursuit of a 7- 8 lb (4kg) Double Gloucester cheese. The event has been taking place for possibly hundreds of years. Documentary evidence shows that Cheese Rolling on Cooper's Hill was already an old tradition in the early 1800s.

May 31-June 1, 2017  The Suffolk Show - Ipswich, Suffolk, England
The best of Suffolk on show and a celebration of everything we love about our great county.  Get close up to some amazing animals.  Children’s farm, rare breeds, and best in Show.  The Suffolk Agricultural Association (SAA) is a registered charity that promotes agriculture and rural related industries through a year long diary of educational and social events. The Suffolk Show is the highlight of its year and involves more than 350 volunteer stewards at Trinity Park.

May 7-22, 2016  Eat Cambridge - Cambridge, England
NEXT EVENT WILL BE IN 2018. Eat Cambridge is an annual festival of food and drink created in 2013 with the aim of showing off our fabulous local independent producers to local food fans throughout the county of Cambridgeshire. The festival takes place in May and features a fortnight of fantastic local food and drink, a jam-packed two-week schedule of tasty fringe events and a huge food and drink fair at the Corn Exchange in the historic city of Cambridge.

DISCONTINUED.  After much deliberation and consultation, it can be confirmed that Celtic Camping will not be hosting the Really Wild Festival in 2017. 'The Really Wild brand will continue to develop in diverse, innovative and smaller ways but still maintaining its original ethos,' said event founder Julia Horton-Powdrill.

May 10-12, 2013  Foodie Show Dorset - Dorchester, Dorset, England
The event has a sprinkle of celebrity stardust for added flavour as well as a huge home, gift and food fair. Cookery demonstrations throughout the three days.  'Cake Off - anyone can enter and all you need do is register, bake a themed cake, cupcake or incredibly tasty cake and the top chefs will make the final cut.  Families are most welcome at this event as children are exceptionally well catered for. As well as plenty of tasty treats children can look forward to the gruesome yet funny Punch & Judy shows, Robin Hood role play and face painting. Live music throughout the day by local musicians adds a welcoming backdrop to this popular event. The Event is at the Dorchester FC Stadium on Weymouth Avenue, tickets can be bought in advance under 16s are free.
