January 19-21, 2014 Scotland's Specialty Food Show
Welcome to Scotland’s Speciality Food Show 2014. The show brings together 130 exhibitors offering the very best fine food products from Scotland, UK and overseas. The fair regularly attracts a thousand buyers from delicatessens, farm shops, speciality food retailers and food halls as well as providing an opportunity for gift shops to purchase food and drink products to complement their ranges sourced from the gift fair.
April 14-20, 2014 Canned Food Week UK - Scotland
Canned Food UK promotes a healthy balanced diet, including a mix of fresh, frozen, dried and canned food.
April 23-26, 2014 Paisley Real Ale Festival
This April, Paisley Town Hall again plays host to the annual Paisley Beer Festival. Now in it's 27th year, the biggest beer festival in Scotland once more brings the widest range of ales and cider available in one location. We will feature over 160 different real ales from all around Scotland; the English bar will be sourced from Lincolnshire; as well as a Foreign Beer bar which boasts draught and bottled beers from Europe.

May 17, 2014 Celtic Cook Off - Loch Fyne, Scotland
The best Chefs in the Celtic Regions in Competition. Saturday 17th May at the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar starting at 7pm. Six chefs, six dishes, four judges, one winner. Established in West Cork, this is a fun competition between top chefs from the Celtic Nations who are judged on their preparation of dishes made with local ingredients

Slow Food Week 2014 will see the introduction of 7 new Forgotten Foods, 7 new Chefs to the UK Chef Alliance and a variety of events. Providing a forum to reinforce Slow Food UK’s work with local artisan producers and suppliers to preserve British edible biodiversity. Slow Food Chef Alliance celebrations and fund-raisers will be taking place in England, Scotland and Wales. Founded in Italy in 1989, Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members around the world that links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.
