Rasshad Brown
(July 14, 1973 - )

Iowa-born Rasshad Brown is the “Soul Food Magician” behind Arizona’s award-winning Big City BBQ & Grill.  Chef Rasshad received a culinary diploma from Metro Tech in Phoenix while still a teenager, and quickly developed into a celebrated executive chef in the resort industry, becoming a frequent culinary guest on programs such as "On the Menu" and "Good Morning Arizona."  Chef Rasshad considered to be a pioneer among the growing group of African American celebrity chefs.
