PARSLEY

The reason that parsley has been used as a plate garnish for so long is that it is a natural mouth freshener, eliminating onion or garlic breath.

Dried parsley: 1 pound = 16 cups
1 ounce = 1 cup

Fresh parsley: 1 pound = 4 cups
1 cup = 4 ounces
