SWEET & SOUR SAUSAGE
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook/Bake Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, coarsely chopped
• 1 pound turkey kielbasa, cut into 3/4-inch thick slices
• 2 tart apples, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 3/4 cup (about 4 1/2 ozs) pitted dried plums, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar


Preparation
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add onion; cook 4 to 6 minutes"or until soft, stirring occasionally.

Add kielbasa, apples and dried plums.

Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until apples are almost tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; cook an additional 5 minutes.
