1/2 small head of cauliflower1 small bunch broccoli1 tomato1/4 medium-size red onion3-4 tablespoons low-fat Italian dressing.Break off tops of cauliflower and broccoli. Chop stems; steam or microwave tops and stems until crisp-tender. Chop tomatoes and slice onion. Place cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, and onion in a salad bowl. Add Italian dressing.
