• 0.50 cup vegetable oil • 0.50 cup red wine vinegar • 2.00 tbs. lemon juice • 0.50 tsp. salt • 1.00 tsp. sugar • 3.00 large garlic cloves, pressed • 2.00 large green onions, chopped • 2.00 pounds fresh white mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients.
Blanch and cool.
Store in the refrigerator.
