COLD MUSHROOM MARINADE
Serves 16-20 Each serving equals 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetables
Ingredients • 1 pounds whole washed mushrooms (small to medium size) and/or Italian Brown Mushrooms • 1 cup white wine vinegar • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 2 tsp Dijon mustard • 2 tsp fresh chopped prepared garlic
Directions Add all ingredients and blend well.
Add sugar to reduce the acid flavor.
Place in a shallow dish or pan.
Add mushrooms and all to marinade for two-four hours.
