MAPLE MOCHA TOPPING
Makes 2 Cups for Ice Cream or Angel Cake.
2 egg whites (beaten until stiff) 2 tsp. instant coffee 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup maple syrup
Beat until thickened-serve over ice cream or angel cake.
