DEVILED HORSE EGGS
Number of Servings: 8
12 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup horseradish 1 Tbsp mustard 1 tsp vinegar salt & pepper to taste paprika
Split eggs lengthwise, scoop yolks into bowl, set whites aside.
Mash yolks, add all ingredients except paprika.
Blend well.
Fill egg whites with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
