Cheesecake, Chocolate Marble

Description: "Chocolate Marble Cheesecake"

Servings: 12   Yield: "1 Cheesecake"



3 pounds Cream Cheese
                      
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Banana Extract
1/3 cup Triple Sec
                      
6 whole Eggs

1 Crust Mixture ( Graham Cracker Crust)

6 fluid ounces Chocolate Sauce


[1) Beat Cream Cheese on low with paddle until soft.

[2) Add sugar, salt, vanilla, banana extract and Triple Sec, mix on low, scraping sides, to avoid lumps. Mix until smooth.

[3) Add Eggs one at a time, scraping sides of bowl to avoid lumps.

[4) Line bottom and part way up sides of spring form pan with Graham Cracker Crust mixture. Pour cheesecake mix into pan.

[5) Add some Chocolate sauce, slowly, swirling in with knife.

[6) Bake 15 minutes at 300°F , then 2 hours at 225°F . (place pan of water in oven to avoid cracking)

COOL SLOWLY TO AVOID CRACKING AND HAVING THE CENTER FALL IN.

Serving Ideas : Cut in 12 slices
