by Susannah Blake
Serves 4

Ingredients

• scant 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 6 tbsp. soft brown sugar

• 2 cups blackberries
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• custard or whipped heavy cream, to serve

Directions
Heat the oven to 375°F.

Put the flour and sugar in a food processor and pulse to combine, then add the butter and process until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
