A four-day culinary extravaganza. From intimate dinners to cooking courses by distinguished guest chefs from Australia, Europe and Asia, pairing international techniques and local food products accompanied by a selection of prestigious wines. Activities include special wine-tasting events, gourmet meals as well as exciting cooking courses. A six-course gala dinner is the finale to this year’s event.
