At first the CBC 2012 was intended to be a one time event, but due to the huge amount of positive feedback from both brewers and beer fanatics we decided to do it again – and this is why we now can present CBC 2013.  Even though the goal and most of the concept is the same, the 2013 version will differ in some ways from the 2012.

June 23-24, 2012  Kulinarisk Sydfyn - Svendborg, Denmark
Culinary Southern Fyn is hosting the biggest market and display of foods in the North, with more than 120 exhibitors from Denmark, Sweden, Italy and Germany presenting exquisite produces and delicacies. Chef demonstrations, cheese festival, children's activities, and films.

July 12-15, 2012  Fresh Food Festival - Lolland, Denmark
Lectures by leading raw food experts, delicious and healthy raw food meals, activities for the body and mind--yoga, dancing, outdoor fitness, and wonderful people!

August 21-22, 2012  Sol Over Gudhjem - Bornholm, Denmark
At this chefs contest on the Baltic Sea Island of Bornholm, the special ingredients from the island are the center of the dishes created. 'Sun over Gudhjem' is an open sandwich with rugbrod, smoked herring, chives and a raw egg yolk (the sun) on top.
